Stone Cottages (8 cottages)

Full board accommodation @ $145 per person per night.
All inclusive (F/B, full day game drive or choice of 2 other safaris, park fees) @ $295 per person per night.
Single Supplement FB $55

Tented Accommodation (3)

Full board accommodation @ $175 per person per night
All inclusive (F/B, full day game drive or choice of 2 other safaris, park fees) from $325 per person per night and Single Supplement $85 per person/day for safaris, but only if there is no one to share with.

Honeymoon Tented Suite (2)

Full board accommodation @ $195 per person per night
All inclusive (F/B, full day game drive or choice of 2 other safaris, park fees) from $345 per person per night.

Mobile Camping

All inclusive mobile camping @ $695 per person/night

Safaris (min 2 pax on safari)

Full day game drive with boat safari on Lake Tagalala - $95
Half day game drive - $40
Foot safari - $40
Full Game Drive - $90 per person
Park fees - $50/day spent on safari inside reserve, under 16 $30
concession fee - $ 15 per person/day (This is payable to the Company when making the reservation)

Child policy

Children 6-12 years 50% if sharing accommodation with both parents. Any accommodation shared by either a child with a parent or two children sharing will be charged at the full rate.
Children 6-12 pay 50% for safaris

Payment Terms

Payment in full must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival of clients to guarantee reservation. Invoice to be sent on receipt of confirmation.

For last minute bookings, payment in full on receipt of invoice.
We accept credit cards (Visa & Master Card) at the lodge, 5% surcharge apply.

Please not that US$100 bills printed prior to the year 2000 are not accepted by Banks in Tanzania so we are unable to accept $100 bills printed prior to the year 2000.

Cancellation Policy

30 days notice = deposit of 50% required to secure reservation
Cancellation Charges:
-Between 30 days and 7 days = 50% of cost/invoice
-Between 7 days and 48 hours = 75% of cost/invoice
-Less than 48 hours = 100% of cost/invoice.
